Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a plumber/ maintenance plumber to join the team. We work in a mixture of commercial and domestic buildings.

Company Benifits

25 days holidays plus bank holidays.
1 day extra holiday for every 7 years service.
4PM finish on a Friday.

Company van, fuel card, clothing and PPE.

Duties

Installation of general plumbing items.
Servicing of unvented cylinders, TMV's, POU water heaters.
Troubleshoot plumbing problems using mechanical knowledge and basic math calculations.
Installation of radiators, pumps, zone valves, radiator valves, showers etc.
Assist with assembly of plumbing components and related infrastructure projects..
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Collaborate with other tradespeople such as electricians or carpenters when necessary
First and second fix bathrooms.

Skills

Proficiency in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance techniques.
Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to plumbing and heating systems.
Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and estimations.
Knowledge of carpentry skills for supporting plumbing installations.
Valid driving licence.
No Gas qualification required.
G3 unvented required.
DBS required.

Pay: £36,500.00-£39,000.00 per year
