CLAAS UK is also the sole wholesale distributor for all CLAAS machinery in the UK and Ireland. Your role in our team:

Join CLAAS UK Ltd as a Sales Administration Trainee, supporting our Sales Administration department in a variety of essential tasks.
This fixed term training contract will provide you with hands on experience and valuable insights into the sales administration processess within our organisation.
Main Duties:
- Create and maintain process documentation to align structures and streamline workflows within the Sales Administration team.
- Facilitate communication of information between product lines to aid in the development of our clusters.
- Assist in managing stock on-site and coordinating between departments to enhance inventory accuracy.
- Support the sales administration team by addressing queries from dealers, hauliers, product managers and the sales team, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
What we offer:
- A fixed-term two year training contract with comprehensive support for training costs related to your agreed professional qualification.
- Support for first attempt examination costs.
- Dedicated study time during working hours to facilitate successful qualification completion; additional study expected outside of working hours.
- A dynamic work environment based at the Sales and Marketing Suite on the Saxham site, with occasional travel required.

Your profile:

Qualification/Requirements:
- Organised character with a proactive approach to asking questions and challenging exisiting processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey processes and information clearly to all stakeholders.
- Ability to engage and communicate with staff at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Capable of working both collaboratively within a team and independently to achieve tasks.
