Key Responsibilities

Lead wellness operations, customer service workflows, and product support activities
Oversee team performance, service quality, schedules, and operational priorities
Monitor customer feedback, product availability, reports, and business performance
Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, vendors, and business partners
Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
Support staff training, process improvement, and service delivery standards
Prepare senior-level reports and recommendations for business leadership

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Strong experience in wellness operations, health products, retail services, customer operations, or business management
Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
Experience working in a UK-based wellness, lifestyle, retail, or customer-focused business is an advantage

Wellness operations leadership
Customer experience and service quality management
Supplier and stakeholder coordination
Team supervision and staff development
Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Retail Management, Operations, Marketing, or a related field
Professional certifications in operations management, wellness services, customer experience, or leadership are an advantage

Pay: £58,000.00-£91,000.00 per year
