Location: Office Based - Stafford

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

Salary: £25,000

Cress Security Ltd is a leading provider of electronic security solutions, delivering high-quality services to customers across multiple sectors. Due to business growth we are looking for an organised, proactive, and professional Administrator to join our team and support the effective operation of our business.

This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work closely with the Office Manager and Senior Leadership Team, supporting a range of business functions including administration, finance, compliance, fleet management, audits, reporting, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Office Manager and Senior Leadership Team.
Manage and maintain accurate records, filing systems, and business documentation.
Process job charging information and ensure the accurate allocation of costs to projects and contracts.
Support invoicing activities and maintain associated records.
Carry out credit control activities, including monitoring outstanding accounts and liaising with customers regarding payments.
Provide updates on outstanding balances.
Manage fleet administration, including vehicle records, servicing schedules, MOTs, insurance, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate internal Quality and Engineering audits, maintaining schedules, records, and corrective action logs.
Assist in maintaining compliance with company procedures and quality management systems.
Support marketing activities, including social media updates, marketing materials, company communications, and event coordination.
Prepare reports, presentations, and management information for senior leadership.
Liaise effectively with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

About You - Essential Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative role.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Professional and confidential approach to work.

Desirable Requirements

Experience in credit control or finance administration.
Experience of fleet management or vehicle administration.
Familiarity with quality management systems and audit processes.
Experience supporting marketing activities.
Experience producing management reports and analysing business data.
