Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Fryer/Server to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing delicious fried dishes and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, enjoy working in a team, and possess a keen eye for cleanliness and food safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills while delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook fried foods according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist with meal preparation and ensure food is served promptly and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
Serve customers efficiently, taking orders and delivering food with professionalism
Replenish supplies and ensure all ingredients are stored correctly
Support the team during busy periods by assisting with additional tasks as needed
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with customers
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings if required
A genuine interest in culinary arts and providing outstanding customer service
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions diligently
