Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a

Sales Administrator & Office Support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and is looking to develop a long-term career within sales. The role offers the potential to build and manage your own customer accounts in the future. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales department, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong IT proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career within a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to the sales team
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
General office administration and support duties
Assisting with customer service and account management
Gaining knowledge of company products and services
Assisting with purchasing products and supplier administration

Qualifications - What We’re Looking For

Proven administrative experience, ideally within a sales or customer service environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills including Google Docs
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal and a confident telephone manner.

What We Offer:

Full-time position
Working hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
1 hour lunch break
21 days holiday plus bank holidays
