Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a professional and personable Front Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Padel club . The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. someone with ideal sports knowledge or first aid experience will be ideal . This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a vibrant environment, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth daily operations.

can start immediately from Thursday .Must be over age of 21

Duties

Greet visitors and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression upon entering the Padel club .
Manage incoming calls with exemplary phone etiquette, directing enquiries to appropriate departments
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
Maintain the reception area’s organisation, including managing appointments and scheduling meetings
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence as required
Provide information about services offered and respond to guest queries promptly and courteously
general hygine and clear up of the space within the Padel courts and reception area.

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for handling enquiries professionally
Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous but not mandatory
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Friendly, approachable demeanour with a genuine commitment to guest service excellence
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations diplomatically

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with people and delivering outstanding service in a professional setting.

Pay: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
