Dental Practice Manager

Location: Devonshire House Dental Practice, Cambridge
Hours: Mon - Fri / 40 hours per week
Salary: Competitive

Are you an exceptional dental leader with a passion for people, business growth and delivering outstanding customer experiences?

This is not your average Dental Practice Manager role.

At Devonshire House Dental Practice, we are looking for a commercially minded leader to oversee the day-to-day operation running of one of the UK's leading private specialist dental practices. With a team of more than 70 professionals, this is a unique opportunity to lead a well-established, award-winning business while continuing to drive its future success. Devonshire House is a large multidisciplinary practice with specialist dentistry, education and an in-house dental laboratory, offering exciting opportunities beyond a traditional dental practice.

Working closely with our Reception Manager and Nursing Team Manager, you will provide leadership across the business, ensuring our teams remain engaged, motivated and focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience.

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding leadership position where you will:

Lead, inspire and develop a team of over 70 people.
Drive business performance and support continued growth.
Champion an exceptional patient journey and outstanding customer service.
Foster a positive, high-performing culture where people thrive.
Support departmental managers while maintaining clear accountability across the practice.
Oversee operational performance, financial targets and business planning.
Work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Lead change confidently and ensure the practice continues to evolve.
