Job Overview

Friday & Saturday

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your hospitality skills within a dynamic team.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and company policies
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service to customers
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
Serving food to customers
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, creating a welcoming environment
Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure compliance with food safety standards

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Strong understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
Basic maths skills for handling cash & card transactions accurately
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Friendly demeanour with strong communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or shifts as required; punctuality is essential
