Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative interior concepts, creating detailed designs, and collaborating closely with clients and project teams to bring visions to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial spaces, utilising a broad range of design software and construction knowledge. The ideal applicant will possess a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for transforming spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and project objectives
Prepare detailed plans, elevations, and 3D visualisations using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and 3ds Max
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design specifications are met
Select appropriate colour schemes, materials, furnishings, lighting, and accessories to enhance interior spaces
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets
Coordinate with construction teams to oversee the implementation of design plans
Utilise Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to produce presentation boards and mood boards
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are maintained
Stay updated with current trends in interior design and construction practices

Skills

Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, 3ds Max (3ds <PERSON>), and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
Strong understanding of CAD software and construction processes
Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively
Creative flair combined with practical knowledge of space planning and ergonomics
Ability to communicate ideas clearly through sketches, presentations, and verbal explanations
Organised approach with attention to detail in all aspects of design development and execution
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design principles is desirable
