Job Title: Shop Manager

Multivision Solutions, Recruitment and placement services; specifically - sourcing their suitable candidates, screening and shortlisting candidates, organising interviews for their clients.

Multivision Solutions, a reputable recruitment agency, Our client, (Three Guys) is actively seeking a Shop Manager who can shoulder the complete responsibility of the Take-away, ensuring the preservation of its esteemed business reputation. (Three Guys), In the Bo'ness, Scotland stands a well-established business that has been catering to its clientele for an extended duration.

Duties:

Plans catering services and directs staff.
Decides on range and quality of meals and beverages to be provided.
Discusses customer's requirements for special occasions.
Purchases or directs the purchasing of supplies and arranges for preparation of accounts.
Verifies that quality of food, beverages and waiting service is as required, that kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and appropriate hygiene standards are maintained in compliance with statutory requirements
Plans and arranges food preparation in collaboration with other staff and organises the provision of waiting or counter staff.
Checks that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss and to keep within budget limit.
Determines staffing, financial, material and other short- and long-term requirements.
Directly supervises and coordinates the activities of sales and related workers.
Liaises with managers and other departments to resolve operational problems.
Determines or recommends staffing and other needs to meet sales and productivity targets.
Manage and supervise retail staff, including training, and scheduling.
Ensure excellent service is provided at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and expectations

Skills:

- Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Strong organizational skills to manage store operations effectively
- Exceptional time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as inventory management and scheduling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,200.00 per year

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Manager: 2 years (required)
