Are you looking to kick-start your career in sales administration? Join our team at Regency as a Part-Time Sales Administrator in Buckie. We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow within our dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support the preparation of sales quotes, contracts, and proposals
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist as needed
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient order processing
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team and management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
