The Strategic Procurement and Contracts Team support the effective procurement and contract management of a range of activities supporting vulnerable adults and children as well as an entire range of activities, goods, and services that the council needs to deliver on behalf of our residents in North Lincolnshire.

We have an exciting opportunity for a CPT Procurement Support Officer to join our busy Procurement Team committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable adults, children, and the wider population of North Lincolnshire. The role involves providing advice, support and guidance across council service areas enabling procurement decisions, whilst ensuring compliance with legislation, procedures, processes, and current contractual arrangements. The successful candidate will contribute to achieving excellence in procurement advice, ensuring best value for money, following good practice, and maintaining professional standards.

You will be passionate about delivering value-for-money services to meet the needs of North Lincolnshire residents. You will be a team player and collaborate with colleagues across the council, supporting service development, delivery, and review, in line with the organisational development plan.

Solutions focused, with a can-do attitude, you will have the ability to build the expertise and technical skills to support effective procurement across the organisation.
