Location: Seaham, County Durham, SR7 7HQ
Pay: £13 per hour
Hours: 18 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Store Supervisor, you'll help lead the store alongside management, ensuring smooth operations each shift. You’ll be responsible for:

Guiding and supporting your team to meet store goals and deliver great service
Resolving customer queries with a friendly, solution-focused approach
Ensuring shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organised
Assisting with stock deliveries and back-of-house organisation
Taking on keyholder duties, including opening and closing the store as needed

A Role That Keeps You Moving
From helping customers to leading by example, no two shifts will be the same. You’ll be actively involved in every part of the store and have real responsibility in creating a positive working environment.

What We're Looking For
We’re after someone who brings:

Experience in a retail leadership role such as Supervisor, Shift Leader, or Team Leader
Strong communication and organisational skills
A hands-on, team-first attitude with great customer focus
The confidence to lead and the energy to make things happen
