Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the rental of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals while ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved. Qualified ARLA training programme with property qualifications will be funded by the company for successful applicants. Must hold full UK driving licence.

Duties

Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including trends and pricing.
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to lettings transactions.
Provide administrative support, ensuring all records are accurately maintained.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and enhance overall performance.
Utilise organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or lettings negotiation is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
Multilingual abilities are highly advantageous, enhancing communication with a broader client base.
Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Administrative proficiency, including familiarity with relevant software applications.
A professional appearance and demeanour that reflects positively on the company.
