Full job description

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships, delivering outstanding service, and helping businesses achieve their goals?

Agile Global Logistics (AGL) is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Client Relationship Manager (Indoor) to join our growing team.

As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will work closely with our clients and National Client Relationship Managers, providing day-to-day account support, resolving challenges, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Acting as a primary point of contact for day-to-day customer enquiries.
Supporting National Client Relationship Managers with client communications, reporting, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
Monitoring customer activity and performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Working collaboratively with internal teams to meet client expectations and business objectives.
Managing client communications via telephone, email, online meetings, presentations, and screen sharing.
Helping to resolve escalated issues efficiently while delivering a first-class customer experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in client relationship management, account management, or customer service.
An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
Analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused.
Comfortable building and maintaining relationships remotely.
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience within logistics, carrier management, or a service-led environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
