Full-Time Admin Assistant / Receptionist

Location: Express Coatings, 28 Johnson Street, Sheffield, S3 8GT

Express Coatings is looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Admin Assistant / Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our busy office. This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being organised and providing excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities

Data entry
Answering emails and responding to customer enquiries
Answering and directing telephone calls
Preparing invoices
Organising paperwork and filing
Ordering office supplies and maintaining records
General administrative and reception duties
Providing support to the wider office team as required

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:

Reliable and punctual
Friendly, approachable, and professional
Hard-working with a positive attitude
Confident answering the telephone and communicating with customers
Comfortable using computers and general office software
Well organised with good attention to detail
Previous administration or reception experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm

39 hours per week
