Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, customer service, and building long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organisational ability, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.

Duties

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients effectively
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using IT systems
Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to promote the company's offerings
Manage scheduling and organise appointments to optimise time management and productivity
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar sales environment
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings or events
Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant programmes
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude
Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team setting
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously
