Property Manager | Option of 4 or 5 Day Work Week | West Byfleet KT14

Salary: 4 day week £22,000 per year or 5 day week £27,500 per year with a monthly petrol allowance

Work Pattern: Starting at either 8.30-5pm or 9-5.30pm depending on business needs, with 1 hour lunch. Option to increase to 5 days a week.

12-15 Saturdays per annum, 9am–3pm, with a compensatory Monday off the following week

Location: West Byfleet, Surrey (In-person)

West Surrey Lettings is a leading, independent lettings agency in the heart of West Byfleet. We are expanding our close-knit team and seeking a motivated Property Manager to work alongside our Existing Senior Property Manager. We offer a modern 4-day working schedule so you can enjoy a better work-life balance while building a rewarding career.

The Role Working directly with landlords, tenants, and contractors, you will be the driving force behind seamless property maintenance and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Build strong, trusted connections with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintenance & Compliance: Source quotes, coordinate repairs, and manage compliance checks (Gas Safety, EPCs, electrical tests).
Property Visits: Conduct regular property inspections and produce detailed reports with easy to use software and to prepare properties for new tenants
Tenancy Administration: Manage utility portal updates, property file notes, check-out analysis, deposit negotiations, and TDS dispute submissions.
Problem Solving: Proactively resolve day-to-day property queries and maintenance issues.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills: Highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
Tech Literacy: Proficient in MS Office, email, and web portals.
Requirements: Full, clean UK Driving Licence, access to your own vehicle, and business car insurance.
Experience: Ideally you will have 1+ years in Property Management or Customer Service roles, but comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
