Ready to take the next step in your surveying career?
We're looking for an experienced Surveyor who wants to move beyond day-to-day site work and into a technical leadership role within one of the North West's leading surveying companies.
This is a predominantly office-based position, working alongside our Survey Manager to maintain and continually improve the quality, consistency and technical standards of our surveying department.
While occasional site visits will be required for project reviews, technical support and quality inspections, the role is focused on technical oversight, quality assurance, mentoring and delivering excellence across the business rather than undertaking routine survey work.
For the right individual, this role provides a structured pathway towards becoming an Assistant Technical Survey Manager as our business continues to grow.

You'll ideally have:
- Extensive experience delivering Topographical, Measured Building and Utility Surveys.
- Excellent understanding of survey control and data processing.

- Genuine progression into technical management.
- The opportunity to help shape company standards and procedures.
- A collaborative and supportive working environment where quality comes first.
Why Join Us?
This role is ideal for an experienced surveyor who wants to use their knowledge to influence the wider business rather than spending every day on site.
