Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our team in a dynamic food production environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of production lines while adhering to strict food safety standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet production goals.

18:00 – 06:00 – 4on 4off

£14.15 per hour

Responsibilities:

To follow all SOPs in their daily work, effectively and safety.
Follow all production plans to ensure orders are completed on time in full.
To maintain all areas in a clean and tidy condition.
To assist training other personnel to ensure that they work efficiently and safely as applicable.
To ensure that company safety procedures and Health and Safety regulations are followed.
Maintain all necessary production records.
Maintain and help to improve all department KPIs.
To report any Health and Safety, quality issues immediately to their Team Leaders.
Undertake all opportunities for training and development
Support continuous improvement actions either individually or as part of a team;
Report any issues e.g. faulty equipment, any problems with products or traceability to your team leader;
Pack products to the highest standards;
Use Epicor in a correct manner;
Where necessary, carry out other reasonable duties as required to support production

Experience

Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Familiarity with food safety practices.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in food production.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
