Food and Beverage Team Leader
360 Play is one of the leading names in family entertainment centres; we are looking for a multi talented leisure professional with a passion for our industry to join our dynamic team. The company strives to always exceed customer expectations and wow the users to keep them coming back.
About the role:
We’re looking for enthusiastic and engaging person to lead our Food and Beverage Team. You’ll lead a team in delivering a fast pace food and beverage service, you will also be part of the team that ensures the centre runs smoothly to create the best customer experience.
As a team leader, you’ll be interacting with our customers and using every opportunity to enhance their experience – so your communications skills are crucial.
Skills required for this role:

For you to be successful in this role you’ll need a positive attitude and approach to everything you do.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and to have the ability to communicate at all levels
Be able to work alone and as part of a team
Flexibility around working hours and shift pattern
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Have the ability to build good working relationships with team members and customers.
Undertake and oversee the preparation, serving and delivery of fresh food and drinks
Maintain high standards of health and safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
Assist in the maintenance of all records, systems and procedures to ensure control of stocks and conformity with all company procedures.
Receive incoming stocks, check against delivery notes and store as instructed in line with hygiene and safety regulations.
Undertake any other duties as directed by the centre manager in the provision of high quality service.
