About the Role

Are you a recent graduate or fresher looking to start your career with a clear route into management?

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Graduate Management Trainee to join our team in Manchester. This is a genuine entry-level opportunity where you will gain practical experience across business operations, customer service, sales, team coordination and leadership.

No previous management experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues, develop professional skills and gradually take on greater responsibility as your confidence and capabilities grow.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day business operations and team activities.
Assist with customer service and maintain professional customer relationships.
Support sales, business development and administrative activities where required.
Help coordinate team tasks, schedules and daily priorities.
Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues and business contacts.
Monitor assigned activities and provide progress updates.
Support the onboarding and development of new team members.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational processes.
