Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workplace environment. In this role, you will coordinate office activities, manage administrative staff, and serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners. Your leadership will foster a productive atmosphere, streamline processes, and uphold high standards of communication and organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the backbone of our office environment and contribute to our company’s success.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily office operations, including clerical tasks, scheduling, and supply management
Lead and manage administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting employee relations
Manage financial processes using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to handle invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring
Maintain effective communication channels across teams through clear phone etiquette and professional correspondence
Organize meetings, coordinate calendars, and ensure all administrative needs are met efficiently
Implement organizational systems to improve workflow, document management, and office procedures

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervising responsibilities
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks or comparable accounting software
Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette and interpersonal approach
Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment
Solid organizational skills with keen attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Background in human resources or related fields is preferred
Prior clerical or administrative experience within an office setting is essential
