Full job description

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our growing business. This is a full-time, office-based and on-site position responsible for managing reactive maintenance and construction projects from initial enquiry through to successful completion.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing customer requirements, preparing quotations, coordinating project delivery, and ensuring all health and safety obligations are met to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage reactive maintenance and construction projects from inception to completion.
Liaise with customers to understand and develop project and site requirements.
Prepare accurate quotations and cost proposals.
Create and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and site requirements.
Manage project administration and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Support operational teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

Previous experience in project management within construction, maintenance, or related industries.
Experience managing reactive maintenance and construction projects.
SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (both preferred).
Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and site compliance requirements.
Experience creating RAMS and managing project documentation.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Competent with Microsoft Office and project administration systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
