Full job description

Overview
We are seeking skilled and passionate Breakfast Chefs to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety are maintained. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering exceptional breakfast experiences to our guests. Candidates with a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a love for culinary arts are encouraged to apply.

Duties

Prepare and cook a range of breakfast items, including eggs, pastries, and other hot and cold dishes
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area throughout shifts
Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to ensure freshness and quality
Monitor stock levels and communicate with suppliers for timely replenishment of ingredients
Serve breakfast dishes efficiently to guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service
Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience
Adhere to all hygiene protocols and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen
Assist with Afternoon Tea preparation

Experience

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a chef within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene
Experience with meal preparation for breakfast service preferred
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and culinary techniques related to breakfast dishes
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment such as a restaurant or hotel is desirable
Serving experience is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is valued highly

Pay: £15.00 per hour
