Full job description

Paisley Site Services are recruiting for an experienced CAD Technician to join a busy and growing team based at our Head Office in Stockton-on-Tees.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong CAD skills who enjoys turning concepts into accurate technical drawings and supporting projects from design through to manufacture.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Produce accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings and technical designs
✅ Create detailed manufacturing drawings, specifications, and documentation
✅ Update and amend drawings in line with project requirements and production feedback
✅ Support production teams with technical information and drawing clarification
✅ Maintain drawing libraries, version control, and technical records
✅ Assist with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and design documentation
✅ Work closely with operations, procurement, and project teams to support delivery
✅ Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, regulations, and quality requirements

What We're Looking For:
✔ Previous experience in a CAD Technician or similar design role
✔ Proficiency in CAD software
✔ Ability to produce accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings
✔ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
✔ Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings
✔ Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
✔ Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
