What you will be doing

Assist the Dentist in supervising daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and patient care.
Oversee administrative tasks including patient records management, appointment scheduling, and billing processes.
Communicate effectively with patients and staff to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall patient satisfaction.
Utilize organizational skills to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks

Your Skills

Sales / management experience with a background in retail management or healthcare settings preferred.
Supervising experience with team management capabilities essential for leadership roles.
Good communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
Demonstrated proficiency in administrative tasks possibly as record keeping and scheduling.
Good phone etiquette and customer service skills to engage effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to prioritise task efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
