Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team! Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks with precision and flair
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide friendly service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
Follow food safety standards diligently to ensure a hygienic environment for staff and customers
Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
Support food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when needed
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with coffee machines and drink preparation techniques
Knowledge of food safety practices to uphold hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment
Experience serving customers in a hospitality setting with excellent communication skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and customer service
