This role is working in the data team who are an integral part of keeping ICAB running efficiently. Our clients and suppliers are at the core of helping customers when they are in need and ensuring good data analysis and response times is of paramount importance.

Location: Our HQ in Bushey Village (yes, in-person – we value the organic growth and collaboration that happens by being together in the office. We offer the opportunity to request WFH 2 day per week after 6 months training and / or once probation period completed.)

Job Role: Working within the accounts supporting the FD and wider business on data production and presentation.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Data coordinator

· Producing dashboards and analysis with the use of Power BI for the accounts function including but not limited to Sales, Purchase expenses, Performance by department

· Managing the Data inbox and support with data requests

· Assisting with any change requests in relation to Cotality.

· Supporting BD and senior manager and directors with tenders and requests for information

Competencies Required:

· Sage 200 or similar

· Power-BI for data visualisation

· Excel expert to include power query and advanced pivots

· Communication skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Organisation and time management.

· Interpersonal Skills

Two years in a data analysis role
Excellent numeracy skills
Ability to focus in a busy environment

Pay: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
