Overview

We are seeking a confident, fun and positive Marketing and Commercial Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and brand development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, expanding our market presence, and developing our social media handles. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate to start their career within a well developed business with a unique brand.

Duties

To develop and implement a new marketing strategy
Lead, motivate, and manage our cafe managers to be more brand and sales focused
Identify new business opportunities
Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and marketing effectiveness for business owners.
To enhance brand visibility across the network and drive instore custom to online custom.

Qualifications - University degree in Marketing

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
