Full job description

Award winning waste management company based in Tring is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their Accounts department on a full time permanent basis. (Hours are negotiable for the right candidate). Offering an attractive package including a basic salary dependant on experience.

The Role

To professionally and effectively assist in managing credit risk
To continually strive to foster even better working relationships with our internal and external customers
To deliver excellent Customer Service in all aspects of the role, thereby contributing to the achievement of the company goals.

Main Duties

Duties will include but will not be limited to credit control responsibilities , maintaining the Purchase Ledger , handling customer and suppliers accounts reconciliation and liaising with customers/suppliers queries as well as other admin/financial duties as and when required.

To be considered for this role candidate must have previous credit control and Purchase Ledger experience and should be a confident administrator.

Requirements

Minimum Grade C GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
Experience of busy credit control environment, as a controller
Working experience of Sales/Purchase Ledger
Basic understanding of financial accounts
Credit vetting
