Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within clients' homes. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, welcoming environments. All positions are paid, including internships, and provide valuable experience in the cleaning industry.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise all designated areas within clients’ homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets and rugs, mop floors, and clean windows as required.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly after use.
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
Follow specific client instructions to meet individual cleaning preferences and requirements.
Maintain a professional attitude while providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills

Proven ability to perform thorough cleaning with attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for extended periods.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols.
Excellent communication skills for understanding client needs and reporting issues effectively.
Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Reliable transportation or access to transportation is preferred for timely attendance at various locations.
