Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager specializing in Powder Coating and Surface Finishing to lead our quality assurance initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of quality control processes within our surface finishing operations, ensuring products meet the highest standards of excellence. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement, uphold safety standards, and foster a culture of quality throughout the manufacturing process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence product integrity and customer satisfaction on a global scale.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance protocols specific to powder coating and surface finishing processes.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of coating lines, surface treatment stations, and finished products to verify adherence to specifications.
Analyze production data and inspection results to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions promptly.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize coating procedures, improve process efficiency, and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) where applicable, along with safety regulations.
Lead investigations into quality issues, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings effectively across departments.
Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and safety procedures to promote a proactive quality culture.

Requirements

Proven experience in quality management within powder coating or surface finishing industries.
Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, including analysis skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
Familiarity with HACCP principles and their application in manufacturing environments.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify deviations from quality standards swiftly.
Effective communication skills to coordinate across teams and present technical information clearly.
Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
Ability to lead audits, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives confidently.
