Full job description

Dessert Artisan – Back of House

We are looking for an experienced Dessert Artisan to join our Back of House team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a dessert shop, café, restaurant or similar fast-paced environment, with hands-on experience preparing items such as:

Waffles & crepes
Milkshakes
Cookie dough
Sundaes
Cakes & desserts
Hot and cold drinks

Requirements

Previous experience in a dessert or similar food environment is preferred
Confident working in a fast-paced kitchen
Able to prepare desserts consistently and to a high standard
Good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
Able to work efficiently during busy periods
Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

The Role

You’ll be responsible for preparing and presenting desserts to our standards, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, managing orders efficiently and working closely with the rest of the team to provide a consistently high-quality service.

Relevant dessert-making experience is highly desirable.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
