Are you a Warehouse Operative looking for a new role? Would you like to work for one of the market leading companies with fantastic benefits? If so, we have a great opportunity for you!

Here at GXO Cullompton, (EX15 3FA) our warehouse is open 24/7, therefore, we’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us working nights on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will be working on a shift pattern of Monday – Friday with the hours of 22:00 – 06:00 working 40 hours per week with paid breaks!

Annual salary of £30,724.59
Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours worked

Career development and progression

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Pick, scan, and prepare stock with precision using handheld technology—keeping everything moving quickly and accurately
Build and check palletised orders, ensuring top-quality goods are ready for dispatch every time
Maintain high standards with quality checks and careful handling so every delivery reaches customers in perfect condition
Work as part of a safety-focused team, supporting loading, unloading, and keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and efficient

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Previous warehouse experience is a bonus, with opportunities to use or gain FLT Counterbalance & Reach skills
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and high-quality work every time
Confident using (or willing to learn) mechanical handling equipment safely and effectively
Reliable, self-motivated team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
Full training provided, with opportunities to upskill and develop MHE/FLT skills (with limited MHE duties each shift)
