Plasterer

Location: Site based, working around Basingstoke, Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Thatcham, Newbury, Oxford, Didcot and Cheltenham.

Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Plasterer to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs division, providing high-quality repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties

This role will support you, value your skills, give you stability, whilst keeping your work interesting and meaningful.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience

Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Plastering background
Plastering can be minor patch plastering to full room/ceiling plastering as required
Plaster boarding, skimming, dot & dabbing, tape & jointing experience essential
Damp and mould treatment and painting duties will also form part of the role
Social Housing experience is preferred as you will be working in tenanted properties on general repairs maintenance.
Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
Following Novus exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
NVQ Level 2/3 Plastering or time served
Full UK driving license is required.
The role will also require a DBS check to be completed
