Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. This position requires a passion for food and hospitality, with responsibilities that span from serving customers to assisting in food preparation.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when necessary.
Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring presentation and quality meet our standards.
Assist with food preparation and meal assembly, adhering to food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management.
Uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety practices at all times.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a front of house role.
Culinary experience or kitchen experience is an advantage, especially in food preparation or cooking.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who is proactive, organised, and has a keen attention to detail.
