We are a young, dynamic property & hospitality business based in South Devon, operating a portfolio of premium properties and guest experiences across the South West of England and the Cotswolds. Leveraging a ground-breaking model launched in 2021, and with a strong reputation for quality, service, and growth, we are in an exciting scale-up phase bringing wealth and happiness to more owners, our area Hosts and the communities we serve, every single day.

The role
Our listings desk gets holiday homes onto Airbnb and Vrbo then keeps them performing optimally. Our Guest Score on Airbnb is 4.9 average for 250+ listings. It is detailed teamwork. A listing that is accurate, well created, properly set up and well maintained earns our owners and Hosts considerably more than one that is not, and the difference comes down to the care taken over it.

After three months of training you would take ownership of your own group of holiday home areas, working alongside one of two Hosts' Success Leaders who knows their areas and their owners, also collaborating from time to time with area Hosts in their area and from the desk, on individual property listing success. From that time you become accountable for how your areas perform, supported by management with technical specialisms and their own allotted areas (that is what makes this a step up from a standard administrator role).

What you would be doing
- Setting up new holiday homes on online travel agency sites 'OTAs' Airbnb and Vrbo, applying your learnt, specialist expertise to make each listing succeed.
- Keeping listings accurate and set up current, keeping up with property developments and OTA operating system iterations and innovations: technical, copywriting and images, pricing and more
- Leveraging discounting and length of stay instructions from our revenue management team across your portfolio to maximise incomes; also collaborating on and operating property-specific revenue management plans
- Helping owners get a consistently good experience, leaning on our systems to make that reliable
- Teaming up with a Hosts' Success Leader to bring more wealth and happiness to all staleholders
- Taking responsibility for a group of holiday home areas, including reporting on newly launched properties in their first twelve weeks

What we are looking for
- A strong administrator: organised, accurate, and someone who finishes what they start
- Customer service &/ account management experience on email and the telephone
- Good written and spoken English, since you would be writing copy that guests read before they book
- Confident with software and quick to pick up new systems
- Comfortable with detail and with numbers: pricing settings, availability and performance figures
- Able to hold a lot of small tasks at once without letting any of them slip
- Happy working as part of a team

Helpful, but not essential
- Experience with Airbnb and/or Vrbo
- Experience of the holiday home industry

What we offer
- Hours 28-37.5hrs/wk built around the right person. We would rather find someone excellent and agree the hours than turn away a good candidate over half a day a week
- Starting salary of £26,000 full time (pro rata for part time) plus a bonus paid twice a year, in October and April amounting to a month's salary (£2,150 full time equivalent)
- A structured first three months' training. When training is completed and you are qualified, you take on your own holiday home areas and a named Host Success Leader to work with
