Job Summary

Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bar Staff/Waitress, where your enthusiasm and excellent service skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve drinks and food with a friendly smile, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your energy and attention to detail will be key in delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fun and engaging setting.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately for food and beverages
Serve drinks and meals efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times, including proper handling and storage of food items
Manage multiple tables or bar stations with excellent time management to minimize wait times
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change using basic math skills
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations throughout your shift
Assist in setting up the venue before opening and closing procedures at the end of each shift
Serve as a friendly point of contact for guests, addressing questions or special requests professionally

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm is key!
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures is highly desirable
Strong serving skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Good communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and giving correct change
A friendly, approachable personality with a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service
