As official MG and Nissan Approved service centres, we offer a wide range of automotive services.

Summary

We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Vic Young Ltd. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service while managing their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking vehicle servicing and repairs.
Provide detailed information about services and pricing to customers.
Manage customer appointments and ensure timely follow-up on service requests.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure clear communication regarding customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with customers about their vehicle needs.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.

Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday 8.30am–5.30pm, with overtime on a Rota basis to cover both Saturday mornings 8.30-12.30 and a 6 pm finish on weekdays.
From £29,000 per annum.
Additional bonus available.
