Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our dynamic team at Onyx Events, located in Lymington, Hampshire. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service at our corporate events, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages to guests with a focus on quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout the event.
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and address their needs.
Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after events.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality event setting is preferred.
Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively.
Basic math skills for processing orders and handling cash transactions.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills.
