Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.
Assist in the management of chronic conditions and provide health education to patients.
Conduct routine health checks and screenings, documenting all findings accurately.
Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare staff to develop individualised care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance nursing skills.

Experience

Previous experience in a nursing role is preferred, with a strong emphasis on patient care.
Demonstrable knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential for effective patient assessment and treatment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
