Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a talent acquisition expert. This position plays a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and create job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.
Build relationships with potential candidates and promote the company as an employer of choice.

Requirements

Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally within a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have
