Returns & Quality Operative (Part-Time)

The Fulfilment People – Newark-on-Trent

The Fulfilment People are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Returns & Quality Operative to join our busy 3PL warehouse team in Newark-on-Trent.

This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 4-hour shifts. Shift times can be discussed at interview to suit both the successful candidate and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Processing customer returns accurately and efficiently.
Inspecting returned products and assessing their condition.
Quality checking items before they are returned to stock.
Steaming, folding and re-bagging clothing where required.
Applying barcodes and updating product information.
Ensuring returned stock is processed in line with company procedures.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Products handled may include:

Footwear
Handbags and accessories
Clothing
Children's toys

About You

Previous returns, warehouse or quality control experience is preferred but not essential.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, organised and hardworking.
Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards.
