Full job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Planner to join our busy flexographic printing operation.

This role is ideal for someone with previous planning experience within the print, labels, or packaging industry who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule production across flexographic printing presses and conversion machines
Ensure jobs are delivered on time and production capacity is maximised
Coordinate materials, inks, plates, and tooling requirements
Work closely with production, customer service, and logistics teams
Monitor workflow and adjust schedules where required
Maintain accurate planning information within internal systems

Requirements

Previous production planning experience within flexographic printing, labels, packaging, or print manufacturing
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Good IT skills
Positive, proactive approach to problem solving
