Full job description

Job title: DayMaker Concierge

Location: London, Soho W1F 9NA

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 0900 – 1600 with required flexibility to support business operations (30 Hours)

Role Overview:

As Kanaloa House’s DayMaker Concierge, you’ll be the polished, personality-led front-of-house specialist who sets the tone for every guest and employee interaction. This role is designed to deliver a seamless, high-end experience that reflects Kanaloa House’s style and values. You’ll take pride in your environment, anticipate needs, and create moments that make a lasting impression.

Your mission? To transform the guest experience into a true business asset, elevating first impressions, supporting daily operations, and making Kanaloa House’s a destination workplace for clients, employees, and tenants alike.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience for guests, employees, and tenants.

Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate space usage to ensure smooth operations.

Provide proactive support to alleviate pressure points across teams.

Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism at all times.

Act as a trusted point of contact for queries, directions, and assistance.

Collaborate with internal teams and the Facilities Coordinator to ensure seamless service delivery.

Support with events and managing check-ins and the cloakroom

Setting up the space and meeting rooms for events and resetting the space to ensure a seamless transition for the AM team to be ready for operating hours
