We are seeking an organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to join our dynamic Support to Schools service. This role is essential in providing administrative support for training and events, managing enquiries, and maintaining records. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about delivering high-quality customer service, this opportunity is for you!

As a Business Support Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

Event Coordination: Support training and events by managing logistics and resources.
Enquiry Management: Handle enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records and databases up to date.
Financial Processing: Process purchase requests and manage financial documentation.
Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings, book venues, and take minutes.
SACRE Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education (SACRE), including attending meetings outside normal hours.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Educational Background: A minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications.
IT Proficiency: Advanced ICT skills, including experience with databases and Microsoft Office.
Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
