Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. This role requires a blend of creativity, efficiency, and strong interpersonal skills, as you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and providing top-notch service.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Engage with customers to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Operate Tevalis POS system for order processing and payment handling.
Operate SevenRooms for reservation and table management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets and catering functions.
Provide recommendations on drink pairings and menu items to enhance the dining experience.
Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently serving multiple guests while maintaining high-quality service.

Skills

Proficiency in Tevalis POS system is preferred.
Strong time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively.
Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items and drinks.
Previous high-end bar or restaurant experience is highly desireable.
Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
Experience in the food industry with a focus on hospitality is essential.
