Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House team member to create a welcoming environment for our guests. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front reception area. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to be the first point of contact for visitors and contribute to a memorable experience for all.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
Manage reservations and bookings accurately using our booking system
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing enquiries as needed
Provide information about services, facilities, and events to visitors
Handle guest queries or complaints with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area at all times
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Friendly, approachable manner with a professional appearance
Organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using computers and standard office software
Flexibility to work various shifts as required, including evenings or weekends if necessary
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
